UPDATE: 2 DEAD AFTER TULSA APPARATUS CRASH

Tulsa Police say two people have died and a woman lost her baby after the injury crash involving a fire truck near 41st and Harvard.

Police say just after 5:30 p.m. Monday a fire truck was westbound on 41st Street and New Haven Avenue responding to a structure fire. While passing the intersection, another car turned south and the fire truck collided with the passenger vehicle.

The impact caused the car to careen off the road, tumbling over before resting on a utility pole.

Three adults and three children were in the car.

A 23-year-old female passenger and a 5-year-old female passenger died at the hospital. A 26-year-old passenger was in her 2nd trimester and lost her baby.
