A fire engine from Santa Clarita was involved in a crash in the Angeles Forest late Saturday morning.

Just before 12 p.m. Saturday, first responders received reports of a crash in the Angeles Forest north of Santa Clarita involving an engine from Los Angeles County Fire Department Station 108.

Station 108 is located on Rock Canyon Drive in northern Santa Clarita.

LACoFD declined to comment on the incident.

“We’re really not gonna release anything at this point because it involved one of our fire engines,” said a spokesperson with LACoFD.

Engine 108 was on scene at the incident, and at least one person was transported to the hospital according to first responder notification app PulsePoint.

First responder radio traffic also confirmed Engine 108 was involved and a transport was made.
