3 PEOPLE INJURED IN APPARATUS CRASH IN ROCHESTER, NY

Rochester, N.Y. — Three people were hurt during a crash involving a fire truck downtown Tuesday night.

Around 7:25 p.m., a vehicle was traveling east on Andrews Street when it crashed into an unoccupied Rochester fire truck parked inside a median in front of a firehouse.

Three people who were inside the vehicle involved were taken to the hospital, where they’re currently listed in stable condition, according to police.

It’s unclear whether alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash, and the cause remains under investigation.
